Looking for illustrators of color

I am a writer in need of an artist to illustrate my children's book. I'm specifically seeking artists of color as this book is geared toward children of color and I would like to showcase the work of an artist of color in this book meant for building confidence in children. The book will require 19 total illustrations, front, back and 17 internal pages. We can discuss numbers once the general idea is understood. I am offering an up front fee AND a commission percentage and I have a feeling this book will do fairly well. Please attach a sample of your work and a little about you in your response.
