Looking for temporary help at the upcoming Tucson Meet Yourself Festival happening this Friday October 8th through Sunday October 10th, in downtown Tucson at Jácome Plaza. The ideal candidate would have some background experience in either the restaurant or hospitality industry. Food will be served to attendees with little prep on site - most of this will have been completed already prior to the event in a commercial kitchen. You should be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time. There may be some occasional lifting required to move items that we will be using in the booth space; sleeves of paper goods for the main dish, water bottles, etc. You should be comfortable working outside in a festival environment and have a pleasant demeanor as we will be interacting with many attendees. The event can sometimes come with a challenging pace during peak serving periods - but it can also be a lot of fun! Looking for someone who can work the following days: Friday, October 8th - hours between 9am - 10pm Saturday, October 9th - hours between 9am - 10pm Sunday, October 10th - hours between 10am - 6pm When responding, please include a little about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit for this opportunity.
