Pepper is a young parakeet looking for a new home. No cage, just him/her. it's wings were clipped (too short in my opinion) so it can't fly well. Purchased from Pet Supermarket 2 weeks ago. Not hand tamed at all, but still young enough to train and bond. Asking $20
