Licensed General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with a busy property preservation company looking for motivated in house crews to work. We primarily work on vacant bank owned properties in various stages of foreclosure. We do initial secures, final secures, board ups, trash outs, lawn maintenance, snow removal, occupancy inspections, property assessments, etc. Must have reliable transportation, a professional attitude and be able to work effectively and efficiently. We have a strong team and are looking for like minded people who want to be successful. Experience in Property Preservation is helpful but not required.
