Install sub panel and wire to hot tub

Please see pictures of my current electrical panel that is full. I have a hot tub that needs to be direct wired to this panel or a sub panel The panel in the basement would need close to 125 ft of wire to run outside to hot tub location. I am overseas and need this done this month before I get home so my hot tub is ready to go. My son will meet you at the house to do the work. Please message me only if you can do this job for less than $1000. I don't have the time to set up a bunch of appts with my son to quote me a high price. Everything you need is in the pictures. The panel is in the basement with finished ceiling so it would have to go outside and around house with max distance of 125ft. Hot tub is going on between sliding door and bulkhead.
