Seasoned lead guitarist needed

Hello, so far it’s a crazy powerful, drummer that can stand among the greats, and all around great dude, in his early 40s,, and me, I’m also in my 40s and I’m a rhythm guitarist songwriter vocals and we sound like early GnR, VH, AC/DC.. and the Cult. Examples, looking for the right lead guitarist that can seriously bring it, getting tired of auditioning these dudes, taking the time to showing them how to play all these original songs, to have them quit a week or two later due to intimidation, I use to teach guitar so I’m patient and chill, but I guess when you don’t have, you don’t have it.. if your a lead guitarist and maybe know of a solid bassist then don’t waste a second longer and send me an email so we can get back to building something for the whole world to hear.
