Average pay $ Crew Leaders $15.50 - $17 per hour / Exp. 90 day review possible raise. Groungsman / $14.00 per hour / Exp. 90 day review possible raise. Pay is based on experience and will go up! Lawn Maintenance Foreman are paid much higher and pay is based on experience. Lawn maintenance foreman must have experience, positions require clean DL. Immediate openings for long term employment!!!!! 1-2 year experienced in lawn maintenance Have full knowledge of how to use all work equipment.
