Topcoat Services USA, LLC is seeking qualified applications to join their team of epoxy flooring and polished concrete applicators. Commercial and Residential positions available. Zero experience necessary, always willing to train applicants with the right attitude. Consistent 40+ hours weeks with OT paid at time and a half. Job Specifics -Loading and Unloading vehicles to prepare for next project. -Hand Grinding, Operating Concrete Grinders and Shotblast Equipment -Mixing of Epoxy Resins and Urethanes -Application of Epoxy Resin and Urethanes Requirements -Must have Valid Drivers license and be able to drive company vehicles -Ability to lift 50 pounds -Early start times typically 5:30am-6:30am -Strong work ethic and positive attitude -Ability to take direction Compensation -$17.50 to $25.00 per hour based on experience -Time and a half Overtime pay -Performance based bonus's
