Licensed contractor with frame carpenter position available for wood framer or skilled carpenter helper building residential townhomes, villas, clubhouses and amenities centers. Great pay, steady work, weekly overtime and advancement opportunities to framing foreman, estimator, etc. for qualified framers and lead carpenters. Previous new construction experience in residential stick framing, roof trussing and sheathing along with hand tools are required. We will also consider hard-working and reliable construction helpers or laborer with at least 6 months of recent residential carpentry experience, a good attitude and hand tools. *Email/text only.
