Description
I have a 1.5 year old female Pit Bull that needs rehoming. She is up to date on shots and I have vaccine records to prove.
Information about her:
1. She CANNOT be around cats, whatsoever. No exceptions. She is not good around cats.
2. Friendly with other dogs.
3. Hasn’t been around children under the age of 8 so I’m not sure how she would be around younger kids.
4. She is a high energy dog! She’s so fun and sweet to be around and loves playing outside.
I’m having to rehome her due to her not getting along with my cats and it causes a lot of stress plus I work full time and I’m in school full time so I cannot give her what she needs such as long walks, going to the dog park, etc.
She has a troubled past from what they said when I rescued her. I’ve had her since June 2021 and when I went to go pick her up I found her history out more. She was found wondering outside and was picked up by the pound. She was very skinny when she got there and very skittish. Her ears are cropped short and the vet told me that when the ears are shorter like that they are a fighting dog. I don’t believe she ever got into any fights because she has no scars on her and the fact she likes being around other dogs.
She won’t be going to just any home based on her past, I will be asking for references (personal and vet) along with doing a background check. There is a $200 rehoming fee for her, that includes her food, medication for fleas, vet costs and just to ensure she goes to the right home.
