Historically Local Conversation about Oklahoma History November is Oklahoma's birthday month and on Thursday, November 18, 2021 we will have the grand opportunity to hear John Dwyer, author of The Oklahomans Volume 1 and 2. He will talk about the state's history from World War I to present. Volume 1 covered land runs and oil booms, gun-toting preachers and pioneer women, civil war and Indian wars and volume 2 will be just as comprehensive.  PLUS, Dwyer's storytelling is captivating in person!
