25th Annual PES Bull & Oyster Roast Our “All you can eat” buffet featuring Pit Beef, Pit Ham, Pit Turkey, Oysters on the Half Shell and tons more. Food, beer and soft drinks are included in the price of your ticket. Come celebrate our 25th Anniversary at our annual signature event. The Police Emerald Society was founded in 1996. We are a 501C3 non-profit public charity.We are based in the Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan area. The PES offers its members a chance to network with other Law Enforcement individuals, organizations working with the community to raise funds for charitable causes.  The Police Emerald Society is one of the few Law Enforcement organizations that offers its members a variety of events to participate in. THE POLICE EMERALD SOCIETY looks to develop friendships amongst its members and to encourage fuller participation in community activities, through charitable events and working with other charities in our area.
