Hello, NEEDED - SKILLED CARPENTER TO: 1. REPAIR BAY WINDOW FRAMING We have a minor leak that has produced some mold and mildew. We need to open up the exterior panel and determine exactly how to proceed to stop any leak & protect against any future leaks. 2. REPAIR DOOR SADDLE The saddle is 5-ft. long. We may also want to cover the 14-inch cement slab in front of it. $35/hour. There is more work if you are excellent. A big plus if you are licensed and/or insured.
