Work Requirements: 1. Maintaining the premises in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion. This includes all common areas, sidewalks, garbage area and basement (includes debris, leaves, grass cutting, hedge trimming, garbage, snow, ice, etc.). 2. Building swept / vacuumed and mopped as needed 3. Taking out garbage and recycling per week as needed. 4. Make all necessary maintenance and repairs on the premises 5. Painting and the complete repair of any vacant units. 6. The showing and renting of vacant units. 7. Making any emergency repairs to the premises. 8. Any and all other responsibilities that are associated with maintaining a small apartment building. Will be responsible for own tools and transportation Non-reimbursed requirements: A. At all times maintain a working cellular phone B. Automobile C. Tools Please have photos of work you have done that displays your skill set. If you do not have any, it is very important that you take the time to assemble some or you will not be considered. If you are currently working at a job site, I am open to visiting in order to get a glimpse of the work you are capable of performing. Email Resume
