Motivation is an important concept to think about when transitioning to university. Why are you here? It is important to learn the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. This is a valuable workshop for a first-year student to learn about themselves. Our goal is for the students to learn why it is they chose to further their education and to help them see that this is something they should be doing for themselves. This workshop will help you succeed throughout your years at MCPHS and beyond.
