Bites & Brews is a fundraising event that will offer free hors-d'oeuvre, local brews and wine with live entertainment and guest speakers C.H.E.F.'S mission is to create opportunities and education through culinary and leadership development to change lives and have a greater impact on the community. Bites & Brews is an event to raise funding to complete the training kitchen. This money will be used primarily to create a training center that will give the students the best opportunity to complete the program and be successful in obtaining and maintaining full time employment in the hospitality industry. This event offers open beer and wine bar, hors-d'oeuvre, silent auctions, guest speakers and live music.
