Join Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation,  Boston Capital Development, Escazú Development, and Newmarket Community Partners on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 10:45 a.m. at 45 East Cottage Street for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of 80 mixed-income rental units, nine homeownership units for first-time homebuyers, and 23,000 sq ft of light industrial space and office space in Uphams Corner.
