In need of someone to replace cheap rental carpet- need it to look nice, but someone that can gather and put in carpet- not concerned with replacing padding. If you are experienced and know how to repair patches all the better and will reimburse higher rates per hour. It was never nice to begin with but puppy sat dog that tore up floor and tired of tac strips exposed in children's rooms while i search for a new place Please reply with rates and experience
