Retractable dog leashes needed

hi, I live in the New Path community housing for the chronically homeless. I'm low income. I'm in need of 3 retractable dog leashes. One is for my chihuahua dog Charlie and the other 2 are for my neighbors 2 chihuahua pups. I'm asking for a donation of these leashes because I'm incredibly broke. Ugh!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm disabled and do not have transportation. Also, if anyone has a lead on companies or organization who would donate to our community dog or cat items, they are greatly needed. These pets are a greatly valued addition to our tenants here, adding companionship to those who otherwise would be alone. Thank you kindly and may God bless you.
