Ive posted on multiple FB pages, nextdoor, let the humane society know. I found a white cat. He's been declawed; front paws only. I scanned for a chip, and no chip. This is my last ditch effort. Someone's gotta be missing their baby. He's in good hands but if he's a lost kitty, he needs to go back home. Must show proof of ownership.
