Hello - Seeking a MATURE, responsible housemate that would be interested in searching for, and renting a two-bedroom - ideally, $3,800 (or less) total p/m (plus utilities). I'm a woman (40s) professor and freelancer in the Arts. Some of the work I do is from home (mostly writing). My move date is December 1 - but I can be somewhat flexible. I have a small, friendly, and very quiet dog. If you have the same, great. But big or aggressive dogs will not work. I am pretty open to most neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan...
