I know it’s very difficult and rare to find people who actually care about affordable housing, but I went to graduate school to figure how to make it happen. And here I am rounding up people. I know I can deliver on my vision, because I am financially stable and I have over 10 years experience designing and building homes. I’ll even put some skin in the game by building in the community I want to build. Because I also would like a 2 bedroom cabin. If I can get enough people interested, we can make a difference. I’ll drop my design and architectural services in addition to construction fees to make it happen. Now, I’m not saying I’m gonna do it for free but I’m sure as heck not going to take advantage like these other builders. Let’s get back to reality and create affordable living conditions that are both stylish and sustainable. Not to mention great long term investments for ourselves. 1000- 1200sq, 2-3 bedrooms and all 2 bathrooms. Ideally Dutchess County, Columbia county, or up by Albany. Reach out to me if interested.
