I need to find a hard working individual that is Knowledgeable in the construction trades, has some electrical and plumbing experience. Someone that knows how to paint and can install flooring. If you can install doors and Windows as well that is a big plus. Having your own Basic tools is a must. If you tell me you can do something I expect you to know how to do it. Be honest with me. I have had bad experience with finding labor on here. Also if you can not pass a drug test please stop reading this post and move on. I am a honest family man Running a business. I just want someone that knows there stuff can work well with others. Pictures of your work would be nice. Also if you have a reference or two that would Be a plus! Thank you for your time. I have A few projects going and work is available right now. 30 to 40 hours a week mostly days 8 am to 5 or 6 pm. Sometimes we have to work nights depending on the project. Pay is $15 a hour to start and if you work out I will increase pay. All pay is on a 1099 checks are issued every two weeks.
