A Taichi lover and practitioner who just moves to Princeton and loves to do his own contribution to local communmity by offerinmg this FREE Tai Chi Workshop. In this workshop, you can meet those Taichi practitioners and fans in local to practice Taichi and build a healthy body both in mental and physical. If you are a first time learner, don't worry. The organizor, who learned and graduated from the traditionmal Chen Style Tai Chi in Shandong Province, China, will instruct you on the basic Tai Chi Level learning and practicing.
This is a weekly activity, from 8:00am - 9:00am every Saturday.m

Anyone can do tai chi because it puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. If you have preexisting health conditions, please consult your health practitioner before engaging in tai chi.
