Need Fender Flare and Fender Liner installed.

I have a 2004 jeep liberty limited. I need the front right passenger side fender flare and finder liner installed. I am in the process of getting the parts and the fasteners. I need someone to but them on. I am looking to get this done as soon as I get all the parts I need. This should be within a week or so. My front right wheel is difficult to remove without air impact wrench. If it could be put on without taking the wheel off would be preferred.
