In Search Of Business Partner: Looking for a minority partner in the construction industry, primarily drywall and painting. General Basic Requirements: I am seeking someone who is competent and comfortable in drywall remodeling as well as painting. They must be able to complete all phases of drywall--from installation to all machine sprayed and handmade finishes. High quality work is my priority, so being proficient in all processes of both paint and drywall is a requirement. Tools for each trade are to be provided by you, as well as transportation. It's ideal to have a truck or van, as well. Must have clean driving record, drivers license, no felonies or criminal records are allowed to be an active member on the CCB Records. The bulk of the work would be small to medium drywall remodel jobs, sometimes doing demolition and insulation installation too. That being said, because of the size of the jobs, I'll need someone who is comfortable and efficient with the use of hot mud, or quick dry drywall compounds on a regular basis. Someone who has tools for general carpentry, and can perform other minor remodel work along the lines of small flooring installation, from carpet, LVT, LVP, Hardwood refinish, trim reset and hardware reset. Base Compensation and Benefits: Meeting the above requirements would put you in the company records with the State and CCB and ensure you a minimum of 35/hr, with 10% ownership of the company and 10% profit share. Car insurance and gas expenses at end of month, with weekly pay. If equally qualified in sales, lead procurement, project estimations, project management and customer handling skills, Compensation and Benefits would be as described: 35/HR 20% Ownership and Profit Shares Gas, Car insurance and Mechanical Repairs reimbursed monthly. Cell Expenses Reimbursed Monthly To be paid in full, the 35/HR rate weekly, you will do your own taxes and will be given a K1 and other tax documents to do your personal taxes. For the right candidate, on the job training and shadowing for sales and project management responsibilities would be available. Reassessment for Ownership status after training period can be made as early as three months. Background in Business Operations for construction companies in the past, I have all the paperwork ready for the company itself and about to be CCB registered in the coming months while I ready other company accounts. Also prepping schedules for jobs and readying my transition from employment to re-entering business ownership and management. I'm a relatively quiet, work oriented person. I am motivated and passionate about the work I do, so I am looking for someome who is equally invested in this line of work. I care about quality of work but also the efficiency at which it's done.
