Join the ULI Young Leaders for a tour of a Moda Sorrento, a project by BioMed Realty. Moda Sorrento is an eight-building lab/office campus acquired and converted to life science in phases totaling 212,642 square feet on the border of west Sorrento Mesa and Sorrento Valley. The campus is designed with unique indoor/outdoor seating areas, sports amenities, and a planned amenity building providing a fitness center, conference space, tenant lounge and a cafe. The tour will give some background on the story behind the acquisitions and leasing strategy and highlight the development process of converting flex/office space to lab uses as well.
