Disclosures – Protecting You and Your Clients, 3 hrs Required CE / PL Thursday October 28, 2021 ZOOM (limited to 24 people), and in person (limited to 6 people). 1-4 pm. 3 hours required Disclosures – Protecting You and Your Clients, 3 hrs Required CE / PL Using disclosures to protect your client, and as risk management for you. Create your own checklist of clarifying questions for client discussions about risks in real estate transactions. Works as CE and PL renewal credit. Minimum class size of 3 needs to be met to hold class. If attending on ZOOM: Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smart phones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation emailed separately with class handouts.
