South Beach's cuisine! Chef Vince would like to take you on a culinary journey to enjoy some of the cuisine the South Beach has to offer! Vince was the Chef de cuisine for the Palms Hotel and Resort as well as Creek 28 restaurant in South Beach Miami. He has chosen a menu for you that was a popular request while he was in the catering business before moving to Greenville. You will enjoy a meal of Fried Hominy with truffle salt, Grilled pita with three spreads, red pepper, yogurt and tapenade, Roasted Beet and Orange salad, Grilled Diver scallops with tomato saffron sauce and grilled bread, and Lavender cream brûlée . Cost for this class is $65/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. This is a semi hands on class which means the Chef will have some of the meal prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. The remainder of the meal will be prepared in the class with the participation of the attendees if you wish to participate. Two glasses of wine will be served along with tea, lemonade, and water. Please be prepared with ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class. You will receive 20% off if you wish to do any shopping and will have 30 minutes after the class for shopping (some exclusions apply)
