Schedule: 8:30-9:00 Registration 9:00-9:30 Welcome and Introductions, announcements 9:30-9:45 Centering activity with live harp playing 9:45-10:45 Dr. Carla Gibson: Relax - Tips for Keeping Your Lines with EASE Dr. Carla Gibson supports women taking care of themselves and investing in their #1 asset - their HEALTH - daily. During this interactive presentation, Dr. Carla will explain the brain science of relaxation (we promise, she WON'T put you to sleep) and show you how vital taking time to relax every day is to your health and to your BLE journey. She will offer three simple "life-hacks" to help you relax in 3 minutes or less and enhance your ability to meditate and complete the other self-care routines on your checklist. Dr. Carla is a chiropractor in Scottsdale, AZ with over 15 years of experience in helping women have "health, vitality, and wellness with EASE." At that time, it will be open to others and the cost will be increased to $70. Covid precautions will be observed. Masks covering your nose and mouth while indoors will be required. Should the mask requirement change, we will let you know. We are keenly aware that the pandemic may affect ticket sales so we will notify you if we do not have enough registrants to hold this event and your money will be refunded, excluding the Eventbrite fee. We will not be able to issue refunds unless the event is cancelled, but if we have a wait list we will do our best to put you in touch with someone wanting to buy a ticket. This venue is a fragrance free facility.
