Press release from Port Washington Business Improvement District: October 1, 2021 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the annual meeting of the members of the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District Association, Inc. ("BID") will be held on at the BID office located at 329 Main Street, Port Washington on Wednesday, the 27th day of October, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. for the purposes of electing members to the Board of Directors for the Association.       Commercial property owners within the District are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors as a Class A Director. Commercial tenants within the District are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors as a Class B Director.  If you wish to seek election to the Board you must complete a nomination form  and return it in an envelope containing a Post Office postmark dated no later than Monday, October 18, 2021.       The slate of candidates will be available in advance of the Annual Meeting on the BID website and at the BID offices. All members are urged to attend the meeting in person or by proxy.  If you desire to attend by proxy, the enclosed proxy form must be completed and presented at the beginning of the Annual Meeting.   Download the appropriate Nomination Form below.
