Sulcata for rehoming!

I have an approx. 3 year old sulcata tortoise that I am needing to rehome. I am unsure of sex, but his/her name is Bowser. Eats like a freighttrain- loves dandelions, spring mix, any veggies and greens, and occasionally grass. Needs some weaning before total grass. Smallish for his age but his shell is absolutely flawless, and has no health issues to my knowledge. I absolutely love him however, I recently moved from rural GA to the city and it doesnt seem fair. He lived outside during summer months and indoors for the past year. I would prefer he go to an experienced owner with many acres. He loves to roam! I am okay with little to no rehoming fee but I would like to visit to see the place he will be going. He is about twice the size as the photo!!!
