Rehousing white German Shepard puppy

We need to rehome our 4 1/2 month puppy. She is current on all her shots, and gets along with kids, other dogs, and cats. She’s too young to be spayed but she has an appointment set up for a couple months and it is paid for. She’s loving and plays well. We can’t keep her because her energy requirements are more than what we can handle now that there have been changes in our family structure. Her color is white. She is not fully house trained. We are working on it. She wouldn’t work out well for someone who lives in an apartment because she’s energetic.
