GREAT FALLS, VA — Fairfax County Police confirmed that the body of 61-year-old Ganesh Chandrabhata was found last weekend on the shore of the Potomac River in Prince George's County, Maryland, according to a post on the department's official Twitter account. Chandrabhata, who was considered an endangered adult due to mental/health reasons, was last seen on Sept. 2 in the area of River Bend Park in Great Falls. Detectives from FCPD's Major Crimes Bureau are continuing to investigate Ganesh's death. Sadly, Ganesh was found deceased last weekend along the shore of the Potomac River in Prince George's County, MD. Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau are following up w/the death investigation.
