We have a large space, with 9 artists studios, and outdoor event/workshop area, two gender neutral bathrooms, and a gallery space. The rent includes utilities, and WIFI. This studio is in our warehouse space, and has incredible natural lighting, perfect for a painter! The building is secured with biometric locks, and has been almost completely remodeled.
