WAREHOUSE POSITION (Miami FL) compensation: based on experience employment type: full-time Protec Inc., a manufacturer representative in the HVAC industry with 48 years in the Southeast Florida, Latin America and Caribbean market, is offering a full time position for the Miami warehouse The ideal candidate must have a driver’s license with clean driving record and pass a background check. Responsibilities Include: Daily Receiving of merchandise documenting the entry in our system Detecting and reporting Freight damages for claim process. Verify accuracy of products and quantities. Preparing orders for export and local shipment. Issuing detailed packing lists for all shipments. Contacting local delivery companies for pickup scheduling. Preparing UPS and FEDEX waybills and Common carrier BOL’s. Keeping inventory charts maintained and up to date. Keeping the warehouse organized and cleaned. Assist on assembly/service of cooling towers. Experience Required: - 2+ in a warehouse environment. - Computer Skills; Microsoft Office. - Able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment. - Must possess the ability to recognize and work with deadlines. - Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities and attention to detail A MUST.
