Press release from the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library: October 1, 2021 This October, the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library is participating in the nation-wide initiative, TeenTober, by hosting several programs. TeenTober strives to raise awareness of the importance of year-round teen services and connect local teens with resources and materials provided by EVPL that will help them develop new skills and fuel their passions. Teens make up about 25% of all public library users. With free internet, available study space, and access to community and research resources, libraries provide a space for teens to learn and have fun.
