Your availability is key. Reliable transportation a must. Property turnsover from 11am to 4pm. It will take 2 hours+ during that time to do the main job. Our property consists of a large main house and 3 cabins. They're all short term rentals. (Airbnb, VRBO). They pretty much stay booked, with 1-7day long stays. with March-oct being the season when literally everyday is booked, off-season is just slower. We do have housekeepers, a handyman and will be finding a new gardener. But since we give 100% of the cleaning fee to who cleans, it's worth it for the manager to do as many as they can. Overall the job consists of overseeing the turnover of each stay. Make sure the property is replenished with snacks and coffee etc.. That laundry is cleaned. The trash is taken down. You will ensure the gardener does his job. Meet any repairmen or contractors. Problem solve. For this you will receive a small salary and be paid for each individual thing you do when you do it. From; going to Costco or replacing a broken lamp to cleaning one of the cabins. Whatever The job, it will end up being better than $20-25cash an hour. We would like to find someone who has reliable transportation, availability and dependability. Communication is important. You have to be able to work alone.
