Cat missing since September 4th

The pictures are from May and June. He is a little over 10 months old now. Those are about all I have unfortunately. He went missing on September 4th and I've had no luck finding him. He is not neutered or microchipped as we were waiting for the 10-12 month mark. The shelters are very hard to get ahold of in this area and I am having a hard time finding out if he was adopted out. It's possible he got lost or through a wheel well or truck bed, transported. It's also possible that one of the neighbors took him, which would be a best case scenario in terms of his safety (I hope). He may have lost his way back looking for a mate as well. Even if you are 100s of miles away, let me know if you've seen a cat that looks like him. Please take age into account. He will be older than the pictures. I will pay for a DNA test comparison between him and the mother and I will give a reward if he is found.
