Seeking an individual with handyman type skill set for two B&B's. Job requires reliable transportation as you will be required to drive between both Inns (they are about 3 miles apart). These houses are historic and well over 100 years old, so they require routine maintenance such as, but not limited too....a/c filter cleanings, furniture repair, moving items around to rooms, trash removal, occasional toilet repairs, changing light bulbs, maintaining organized maintenance areas, leaf blowing and ect. Flexible schedule is preferred as some maintenance items pop up at any given time. We require at least 3-5 years of maintenance experience and reliable references that can be contacted.
