CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court. Timothy Benwell, 30, of Cedar Court in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 1 in Franklin. John C. Blazic, 43, of Wheelwright Circle in Londonderry on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on April 17 in Hooksett. Crystal Brown, 29, of North Groton Road in Gorton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 6 in Concord. Seth T. Brunelle, 28, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of assaulting a corrections officer inside the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Aug. 17. Edgar Caliz, 29, of Elwood Road in Derry on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, possession of buprenorphine with intent to distribute, and on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs in Hooksett on April 26. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a felony in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in March 2015. James Carney, 40, of Battle Street in Webster on a felony reckless conduct with a firearm charge. He was accused of pointing a .40 caliber handgun at a woman's head on July 6 in Webster. Andre Wilkin, 22, of Prospect Street in Franklin on first-degree assault with a firearm, conspiracy-first-degree assault with a firearm, and conspiracy-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting another person with a shotgun on May 17 in Franklin. Shalyne Fortier, 34, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Jan. 20 in Hooksett. James Soyferman, 28, of Thompson Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 19. Jason D. Woody, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 25 in Concord. Jason McGill, 39, of Henniker, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on North State Street in Concord on June 23. Charles H. Nelson, 36, of Beacon Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2016 Ford truck he knew to be stolen on July 16 in Concord.
