Description

This oval gate leg drop-leaf table has been refreshed for its next 100 years. Made of walnut, with pretty turned legs, it was a popular item in the l924-27 catalog of the Kittinger Furniture Company of Buffalo, NY. (Established in 1866, the company is still in business and provided these details.) I painted and restained it to both honor and celebrate its age - I'm sure it has stories to tell! The floral decoration was added to delight a new family. There are drawers at either end of the table for you to store napkins - or crayons! Two sides fold down to save space or two legs easily extend to accommodate numerous diners. What a pretty setting for your Thanksgiving feast! More photos can be provided.
