We have a 1907 farmhouse located in Florence harbor that needs a lift! If you are a nearby licensed contractor and have the necessary equipment including air jacks and have past experience in pouring concrete footings to lift the house and get it level, then we need your help. Foundation is post & beam. There will be access through interior flooring. Compensation negotiable per your hourly rate.
