White dog running on North Myrtle RIGHT NOW!

We can't catch it, it runs as soon as we call it. RIGHT NOW it is on our property at the one mile marker on North Myrtle! It's almost 3pm on Saturday. The dog has a dark colored collar with a possible square black box on it like maybe an electronic device? However, I am looking at it from quite aways away. Please call ASAP if you know where it belongs!
