ISO Guitarist for Shoe-gaze/Alt Rock Band

We are looking for the right guitarist to complete the line-up for an alt-rock/post-punk/shoe-gaze-type cover band. Bass, drums, female lead vocals and some backing vocals are in place. Ideally, our guitar player will have backing vocal experience as well. Bands of interest/influence include Audioslave, Blur, Catherine Wheel, Concrete Blonde, Curve, Boo Radleys, Bowie, Heart, Judas Priest, KMFDM, Longpigs, My Bloody Valentine, Liz Phair, Phantogram, PJ Harvey, Polica, Pretenders, Queen, Radiohead, Ride, School of Seven Bells, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Slowdive, Stereolab, Stone Temple Pilots, Talking Heads, Throwing Muses, TV on the Radio, and X. We are open to other genres and writing/performing originals as we gain momentum. Practicing together at least once a week and gigging 1-2 times a month will be ideal (vs club/bar rotation). We have a full practice space in Dunedin. Give a shout if this is your thing too.
