ISO Small, apartment friendly Pet to add to my family

I am home recovering from surgery for the next few months and looking to care a new pet for during that time like a Guinea pig, hamster, gecko, fish, snails, etc. No cats or dogs at this time unfortunately as I'm at the limit of cats my landlord allows. Preferably a pet that comes with necessary cage/tank it requires but I do have a medium sized tank if that will work. I live in the Cleveland area by Case Western and would need the pet dropped off to me as I'm not able to go pick them up at this time.
