Obviously, you are fans of the above as you keep taking down my posts. Where better to put this than General Community? Still guilty of scamming me for 6900.00. There are many other places this is running. SWINDLING Senior Citizens is not good in this day and age. SENIOR CITIZEN SCAM. Regardless, the above has been reported to: NYS Police, Oswego and Onondaga Sheriffs Departments, Onondaga Court, Oswego Court including the DAs Office, Town of Salina Code Enforcement as he didn't pull a permit as promised, Fulton Police Department, Division of Fraud for Onondaga County, Facebook, etc. It doesn't matter if you take it down, everyone knows, and..."One nail, no jail" might not apply here as Rob Chace owner of CMB, didn't apply for a permit thus he legally didn't have the right to work at my home, which just might put it back from Civil to Criminal...and I have a legal team looking into it. By the way, I had asked Rob Chace, many times, to refund 5900.00 and I would void the contract...he didn't/wouldn't. That offer is still open before we see each other in Court. I'm trying to give him a chance, and you keep taking this down. That's not nice.
