I have a vacant room in my home that I’d like to exchange for house and yard upkeep. It’s a private room with connecting bathroom. It’s a big home so need an energetic person. My home is not filthy or disorganized. My last housekeeper left for family situation. I’m not good with kids or large pets. Please be a non cigarette smoker. 4:20 is ok. This is a no drama home and it will remain that way. I like to travel days or weeks at a time depending on destination. It’s a quiet location and is relatively private and peaceful.
