Guitarist seeking a fun jam

Description

What's going on? Things seem to be clearing up a little bit with this pandemic situation, and I'm vaccinated, so I figured it might be time to look for a band, or even just people to jam with. The problem with this area is that everyone wants to do top 40, Toby Keith, classic rock/country crossover music at lame bars for beer tickets. If that's you, I wish you the best in your career. I'm not your guy. If I'm going to utilize my time playing music, it's going to be original music, stuff that challenges me and the other people playing. If that sounds awesome to you, then we might want to chat. Genre wise, I don't discriminate. I love playing metal. Punk. Nu-Metal. Indie-acoustic-coffee shop- Iron and Wine meets Taking Back Sunday with rap lyrics. Even, yes, some country style stuff when the mood takes me. It's not all bad. As far as my stats go, I'm 34. I've been playing for 20 years now. I have played some of the most awesome stages from Atlanta to Los Angeles. But I think the best thing about jamming with me is that I have no desire to be the head guy of any project. I also care much more about the final product than I do my own ego. You'll find working with me easy - I left the Axl Rose stuff behind me when I got out of my 20's. As far as what I can do, I play guitar. I also am pretty good with electronic stuff on Logic Pro. I, unfortunately, don't seem to have been blessed with good vocal cords. My rig is currently tiny - a few guitars and a Positive Grid spark. If we form something neat, I'll get back into half stacks and pedalboards and all of that fun stuff, but it's not a huge worry at the moment. If this sounds cool, shoot me an email! I'd love to chat! I can also send samples and all of that fun stuff. Most importantly, whether you're playing Toby Keith covers or death metal, I hope your return to playing out is fruitful.
