Description
I'm a nutritionist, ironman athlete, and amateur bodybuilder. I do sit down consultations and weekly/monthly diet plans. We meet 2x monthly for 20 minutes and you get a monthly meal plan custom built for you with the foods you like that are best for your body! Meetings can be over the phone, by video or in person. First time appointments are approximately 1 hr in your own home and we will go through your entire fridge and pantry and discuss healthy eating/lifestyle habits.
